In 2023, Steven created CUMULUS in the enchanting heart of Pererenan, Bali. An Australian restaurant with contemporary and modern influences. CUMULUS brings a concept of light and friendly environment for good food, heartfelt hospitality and fun gatherings to the Pererenan area.

As a Head Chef and proud Owner of CUMULUS, he began his culinary journey in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia. After graduating with a degree in Culinary Management, fueling his passion for the art of cooking, he embarked on an enriching experience at the prestigious Meat & Wine Co. in Southbank, Victoria.

Drawing inspiration from his time in Melbourne, Steven sought to bring a touch of Australian sophistication to the vibrant culinary scene of Bali.
